Welcome to the life of a groovy granola girl currently living in Vancouver, BC with an equally groovy boyfriend. This blog will focus on getting back to the basics in life with special focus on food, gardening and wellness. Lets learn all about homesteading together!

I hope we can all learn to slow life down, eat healthier and all increase the overall wellness in our lives so we can all be a bit more educated in prevention of disease rather than the treatment.
